Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
Sign up, give WorkHands a try, and if you're not happy after 90 days, we'll refund your account.
Will my subscription be renewed automatically?
Yes. We can bill automatically or send an automated invoice.
Can I pay by invoice? We don't have access to a credit card.
Yes. We can support more payment options for a credit card, but many of our customers pay by invoice.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. We're not in the business of locking you in. You can cancel at anytime.
Are there discounts any discounts available for non-profits?
Many of our programs are non-profits so we do not discount for that. However, we have offered discounts to programs that represent a new industry or operating state.
Can you work with our vendor system? PO number?
Yes to all of the above. This is the norm for many of our city and state governments, community colleges, and national employer accounts.
Can I split payment amongst my employers?
We can issue a single invoice per account. We're happy to work with consortiums on individual agreements if that proves simpler.
